A Georgia teen ended up on a ventilator last week after he was reportedly forced to down dangerous amounts of alcohol, fed hallucinogenic mushrooms and spray-painted during a brutal bullying incident.

The victim, 19, remains in an intensive care unit in stable condition after he was tormented at a spring break house party in affluent Saint Simon’s Island in coastal Georgia on Tuesday night.

A community Facebook account based in Glynn County posted a clip showing the victim seated in a plastic chair with his head bowed as someone sprays him with a hose — but police later said that footage was of a prior hazing incident involving the same teen.

Several other bystanders can be seen in that clip, including one teen who mugs for the camera while celebrating the humiliation.

Police are investigating if a separate photo circulating on social media was taken from last week’s incident, which left the teen on a ventilator.

The image shows him sitting unconscious in a chair and covered in spray paint while several bird-flipping males stand behind him.

“These fine young men bound an unconscious and unresponsive boy to a chair, spray painted him from head to toe, pissed on him, took a s*** on his lap and the list goes on and on,” alleged the Facebook account.

The Glynn County Police Department did not confirm any specifics of the alleged assault but said a group of kids had dropped the unconscious teen off at a local hospital early Wednesday and left before police arrived.

“Officers did not see any signs of physical injury on the individual but did note the presence of spray paint,” the agency said in a release. He “was being treated due to a high level of intoxication, from a mixture of controlled substances and alcohol.”

Cops are continuing to investigate the incident and have collected evidence from the home where the party took place.

A GoFundMe account for the victim claimed he had been “tortured” for hours.

The victim “spent Tuesday night with a group of people who he thought were his friends,” the page reads. “They picked him up from his house, and he expected to have a casual night with his friends.”

The teen “wouldn’t know until it was too late that these were not friends, but vile and abusive perpetrators who would go on to torture, humiliate, and assault him in inhumane, terrifying ways for hours,” according to the posting.

The post also claimed he was on the brink of death after being brought to the hospital.

The victim graduated from Glynn Academy in Brunswick, Georgia.

“The anguish he suffered, it’s sure to be a long recovery … emotionally and mentally as well,” the post states. “He is stable, but still in the ICU recovering and fighting through some lung infection from the aspiration.”

The victim regained enough strength to speak to police investigators.

Several posters on Facebook were outraged that the teens involved in the incident — current and former students at Glynn Academy in Brunswick — have not been charged with a crime.

Although several names of alleged perpetrators in Tuesday’s incident are circulating on social media, police have not identified any suspects in the case or commented on whether they will bring charges.
